    Re: Female breeder spider bps

Could you PM me the phone numbers of these stores.

I can make a ton of money off those girls.

Don't disappoint me now. Even if they've been suddenly "sold" I'd still like to be on the waiting list for the next big spider girl to come in. If TWO pet stores have them now, there is no doubt in my mind that they will have more in the very near future.

    Unless it's all a lie.

    Re: Female breeder spider bps

Well I'm not saying anyone's lying here, but I too would like to know who's selling breeder morph females for that price. I'm in Massachusetts as well and have never seen any kind of deal like that. I mean, NERD is right next door to us here in Massachusetts, I can't imagine Spiders just being less popular here than anywhere else. This isn't meant to be accusatory though in any way. Would you be willing to provide me the names/addresses of these stores, I'd love to check them out--if not to buy something just to see what they're offering for how much.

    Cheers,
    -Matt

Really? Where in MA are you? I'll go buy her tonight ...

Seriously, not trying to be snarky at all, but I'm genuinely curious what pet store are you referring to ..? I know of a lot of "reptile only" pet stores in RI and a couple of big breeders in NH, but I haven't seen any pet stores in MA yet that have morphs on the shelves other than a few pastels ... I'd be curious to visit, even if they don't have $300 breed-able female spiders.

Someone on here is not going to let a breedable weight female go for less than $1200.

Thanks for posting this. I'll be curious to check both those places out when I get a chance. I like going to reptile specialty stores; they usually don't have much beyond the standard fare, but it's always at least interesting to look ...

For anyone sitting on the edge of their seats with curiosity ... I did call Animal Instincts and they said that they did have two spiders, for $399 and $499 ... Both males. If the one that the other store had was really a giant female for that price, it'd be no wonder it went so fast ..! I don't think it's too crazy to envision someone paying $400 for a breed-able male spider, either, though, especially from a local store and with breeding season getting into gear ...

So don't worry, the value of adult females hasn't deteriorated that much in the past week or so

    Re: Female breeder spider bps

Yeah, the shop names are much appreciated. They're about as far away within the state as they could be from me, haha. I'm Northwest Mass, both shops are Southeast Mass. Maybe next time I head to Boston I'll head down to the shops and take the long way back home. Reviews online for one of them are kind of scary bad though, haha. Thanks again!

    Cheers,
    -Matt
