keepin humidity up...
I've tried many things to keep the humidity up in the tanks, spagum moss in a container with holes in it. live plants, many other things.. times are hard these days and I dont have alot of cash to spend on some machine.. if anyone knows a good CHEAP way to keep the humidity up.. PLEASE let me know. thanks inadvance

Do you have a screen lid for the tank? If you can afford it buy some plexi glass and caulk it to the top. Otherwise if you cant afford plexi glass then wrap the lid of the tank with aluminum foil and put a damp towel on the top. Make sure to leave about a quarter of the tank open so air will get in. If you keep your towel damp then you should see an increase of humidity

try just getting a simple spray bottle and mist the enclosures as nessesary. thats the most simple inexpencive and working solution there is.

I agree but without anything covering the top of the tank the humidity will just go right out the top and you will have to mist multiple times a day.
Get the top covered and mist once a day and you should be fine

Damp cloth works well, also (in conjunction with), depending on the size of the animal, a very LARGE water bowl.
I got mine at the dollar store and my humidity went from 37% to 75% sustained. Total cost, $1.

illini.. thanks i have all those i'll give that a shot. and yes its a screen top.
I've done the spray bottle everyday more then once a day..
