    Re: Axanthic Just Arrived!

Wow I found out his actual age, He was born in June 08. So he is a year and 1 month old. All this time he has been eating mice and 1 at that. I cant believe he is that age and only about 300g. I hope he starts eating well and gains good weight and starts growing some. I feel bad for him

He does have some brown, but the pics are a little dark. I am not saying he has a silver color either.

I dont think "bure breed" axanthics stay silver looking unless they are combined with other high yellow and/or high white morphs.

Opps i quoted the wrong person LOL!!

    Here D:!

Aren't Axanthic supposed to be a grey color instead of brown?

Well he is realy thin. He is not even triangle in most of his body, specialy the tail side. He is so flat. Looks weird, kinda creepy at first.

    Re: Axanthic Just Arrived!

    *UPDATE*

So it's been exactly 4 moths since I got him. He recovered very well from the frozen ordeal very well.

He has been eating good, except when in shed. I've been feeding him small rats.

He went from 296g when I received him to 916g after shed and waste now. I cant believe he gained so much weight in only 4 months and still going up. He still looks thin like a male should. He is a year and 5 months old now (17 months). I know every BP is different but whats an average weight of a 18month male BP?

Now OFCOURSE! when Im realy exited to take a scale pic of his weight and a few shots of him mostly so you guys can see, I remembered I let a friend borrow my camera... SOB!

Don't know what's "average," but sounds like he's doing great under your care.
Would you breed a wobbler dog even though it had a cool coat?
