Re: Rocky Mountain Reptile Expo November 14th!

    Hi,

    Cool pics.

But can you tell me more about those "blue eyed lucy's" - the strong yellows makes them look more like black eyed lucys (as does the one eye I can see ) but I am well known for getting these things wrong.

If they are blue eyes do you know what the ingredients were?

Those are White Diamond Blue Eyed Lucys. They are from Russo Het X Russo Het. They hatch out with a grey stripe and it turns to yellow as they age.

    Scary,

I thought the Russo blue eyed lucies were supposed to be the cleanest of the clean.

Does that mean a super lesser blue eyed lucy will have more yellow marks than that?

I hate to say it but I was hoping for pure white snakes in my future.

Moved up to Washington state, just east of Puyallup. We like it up here, and there are a lot more job openings/opportunities...but we do still miss CO from time to time.

Looks like it was a great show!

Actually a Mojave to Lesser has a cleaner white, all super lessers and super butters we have seen are very white so I wouldn't worry, although the appearance of the White Diamonds still appeal to us.
