Should I offer her food in shed?

I finally got my girl eating every week and now shes in shed this feeding day. Should I offer her the rat anyway or just wait til she sheds? Will offering it to her throw off her eating again or does it matter?
    Thanks!

I would just offer it to her. Many snakes will eat just fine while in shed.

Snakes are very different in their feeding habits and such. I just fed a fuzzy to the Baby ball at work today and he started his shed on november 10th, so its no problem for him. My BP on the other hand doesn't act like shes hungry whatsoever when it shed, so go figure!

I offer food to all of mine, whether in shed or not. Some will eat in shed, some won't. Most of the time, mine are so conditioned to eat regularly that they still eat.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I offered and she took it. It seems my stubborn eater has become a machine. Pretty excited about it. I dun have an empty weight but I'd assume around 430-450g. Is a ~40g small rat ok for her or should I go a little bigger?
