    Yeah, it probably will.

And no, you shouldnt. There should be Legitimacy to filings in court when suing someone. You know, proof that the entity is ACTUALLY at fault. Directly.

None of this " mc donalds coffee was hot, and they didnt tell me" bullcrap.

You gotta give those people credit. I mean, they took a freaking hot cup of coffee to their lap. That is some downright guts to make a buck. And taking a couple million from a corporation doesnt hurt anyone. I feel no remorse for big companies being sued.

It's very easy to do really. Make whoever brings these lawsuits to court pay court costs and all legal fees if they lose. Most lawyers wouldn't take the risk if that was the law.

this suit could be a pandora'a box if it does go to court.

also i dont see it holding any water due to the fact that its was not the state's animal.

Exclamation Dont "F" with Wild Animals (if you can't accept the consequences)

I have fair and simple rules when it comes to wild animals...

Rule #1 - If you intentionally put yourself in front of, near or anywhere in the vicinity of a wild animal, anything that happens to you is fair game.

Rule #2 - If you are adverse to rule #1, don't "F" with wild animals.

In addition, I never understand when the public gets all surprised when somebody famous dies at the hands of a wild animal (Steve Irwin for example). Personally, I'm never surprised when this happens; if you "F" with a wild animal, 100% of the responsibility lies with the human, not the beast...

    ...that being said,

Shark attack victims - if you don't like getting bitten in half by sharks, stay out of the water, its a choice.

Bear attack victims - if you don't like getting chased and eaten by bears, stay out of the woods, its a choice.

Snake bite victims - if you don't like being bitten by venomous snakes, stay away from "hots" and get some ball pythons, again, this is a choice only the human can make, the wild animal cannot.

...In short, if you don't want to get royally "F'd", don't "F" with wild animals.

    Re: This is F'en reeeee****ulous!!!!!

This whole thing would be like if I went to the zoo, jumped into a tiger's cage, did the Macarena and then sued the zoo because the tiger bit me. Ridiculous.

I have a question, does this mean you are o.k. with frivolous meaningless law suits against faceless corporations, but not against individuals or government?

Don't throw someone under the bus just because they make more money.

Frivolous lawsuits are ridiculous no matter who the defendant is, or how much they make.
