    BEE's? Pewters?

Hey everyone. I am new on this board, but not to BP's. I've kept BP's for a few years, but wanna start getting into morphs now. I recently purchased a young pastel female. I would like to try for some BEE's, Pewters, Spinners, and Ivories. I am a little confused with morphs, are they the same as leopard geckos crossing together? Breeding Crested geckos totally threw me off since your not really guaranteed with outcomes.

I believe I read somewhere in researching that breeding a pastel with a spider will give you an equal number of pastels, spiders, normals, and BEE's in a clutch? Is this true? Are you always guaranteed to get that?

Pewters are a cross between a cinny and a pastel? Would the clutch be the same ratio as the pastel/spiders? Spinners are spiders and pin stripes? and Ivories are the cross of two yellow bellies?

Does anyone have any good genetics websites?

    Thanks for your help!

    Ashley

You beat Big Gunns to his response, but what should we all have done here? Jumped all over the newbie for not using the dreaded "search"....or should would be nice and point the newbie in the right direction....then.... welcome her to the forum.

Big Gunns will state it again.

Try nerds site too. http://www.newenglandreptile.com I love the way he sets up his photo gallery. If you click on spider, it shows pictures of spider balls, and on the right side are the different combos he has done with them. He has almost every morph on their and a lot of combos. Good luck!

Honestly Big Gunns, didn't know there was a search, but I'll use it now.

Sticky's genetic help sheet is great. I have a much better understanding now.

    Thanks for the comments

    Re: BEE's? Pewters?

Yea, I am on a few forums that jump on people new to it. I hope to gain lots of info here though from everyone.

I guess you could classify me as a newbie to this forum, but I am not at all new to reptiles. I have over 10 years of rep. experience, and I am now finally getting into breeding BP's but have bred several species of geckos.

Thanks for all the responses everyone
