Question How to get a snake to sit still when taking pics

I have a few snakes that just do not stop moving, and I can't even get them to stop. It's really hard to get them to stop moving, and I would really enjoy taking pictures of them. How do you deal with a snake that won't stop moving when trying to take pictures?

Re: How to get a snake to sit still when taking pics

Generally the only time I can get them to sit still is right when I pull them out of their tubs. They usually ball up, or move slowly so I can snap a few pics before they get brave.

With colubrids I have heard that "running" them through your hands helps them burn off some energy and slow down.
