They never come out at night
I never see them roam any more. My male used to sort of come out at night, but now he never does. I never see my female out any more. Before I switched to tubs I would sometimes see her roam around. After switching to tubs I never see them roam anymore. The husbandry is perfect, so I wouldn't see if it had anything to do with the husbandry.

Hey Tiff! Two of my three almost never show their face, unless they are hungry or thirsty. In most cases, a hiding bp is a happy bp. I know you aren't having any feeding problems, and your husbandry is spot on, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

THats what they do in the wild. They only come out due to necessity. If you feed them once a week and they have no need to hunt why roam around?

Re: They never come out at night
I rarely see Snickets come out to roam around anymore. Just recently was the first time I've seen her pop her head out while I wasn't poking around her tub. I'm guessing that's all she really does, just pokes her head out to see if anything is going on. If there's not then I don't think she's interested enough to get out of her comfy hide.

Re: They never come out at night
I usually NEVER see my girl roaming, shes usually under her water dish all the time. The other day i came in my room and she was moving around to a different hide. Thats the first time ive seen her out in weeks probably. I think its just that im never in my room at that time to see her. Shes usually done roaming before midnight.
