well i thought she had mouth rot but its not its some other kind of infection one one side only .vet gave me a 10 day supply of baytril and surrynges.
total cost $35 is that a good deal.

I would say so. In my area exotic vets are $35 dollars for the office visit alone.

it was 22 for office visit and 13 for baytril

No, your vet should have taken a swab of the infected area. This sample gets sent off to a lab and in a few days the results come in of what the bacteria is, and what antibiotics it's susceptible to.

Your vet just looked at it and sent you off with Baytril right?

Granted Baytril IS a good broad spectrum antibiotic, it's really a shot in the dark as to whether or not it will work.

Is he a knowledgeablee vet in herps?

dang didnt even cross my mind they should have done that. i got refured by a couple locals in the area .she is pretty knowlagble from what hear.this was my first time to a vet with her

Sounds like a good deal my vet is $40 for the visit plus whatever it costs for the meds etc.
