Re: CRBE - Canadian Reptile Breeder Expo

The prices are higher. I know to allow for the difference with CAD dollar, but it may be worth more that American $$ at this point I don't know what the exchange rate is and it's been about 12 yrs since my last visit.
    *EDIT*
Had to check and it looks like about an 8% difference with U.S. $$ being higher still. Must be the smaller market keeping prices up there since it's more than an 8% difference in pricing.

Smaller market but also the fact that it takes more time to get a morph here and produce them. First, you need to import it from the states, now it's easier than it was but there is still some fee related to this, and it takes time. So less people have them at first. Then you need to produce more, breeders will want to keep most of it until they start to release them.

Yup an axanthic pin from BHB

there was also albino pinstripe from RegiusCO. And I think they hatched a new albino pin, but a female this time. I prefer the albino to the axanthic.
RegiusCo also had an Axanthic male 50% poss ghost. It was hard to resist. But Mark Mandic took it out, making my decision easier lol. I wouldn't have got females to put him with anyway. I am sure it will be more useful out there. Instead I went for a nice enchi female
