My Ball Python lost her color

I have a 3 year old healthy ball python she got done shedding 2 days ago and lost her color, she is now white/ gray with black markings. Anybody know why she lost her color?

are you sure she's done shedding? have you seen/removed the skin?
Alot of balls' colour fades (especially morphs) as they get older; but then on the flip side some develop more color as they age.

Re: My Ball Python lost her color

Saw the pics in your gallery...i'm guessing here, but it looks like those scales weren't ready. Similar to when hatchlings have a lack of color development if they are cut or pip too early. As mentioned in the links to the other threads of similar instances, I think your BP will be ok and will likely return to normal color over the next few sheds. I'd keep a particularly close eye on humidity during this time.
