Does amount of substrate effect humid %

If you using newspaper does the amount you use help in highering and lowering your humidity???

Nope don't think so...if you want to raise humidity, place a damp moss inside the cage...if you want to lower humidity try a heat lamp or if using tubs add more holes & aim a fan on the tub so air can circulate...
