my new little girl keeps moving her hide off uth. should i try to weight the hide down or just accept that she moves it where she wants it?

Re: moving hides
If she is moving it probably means its outgrowing its hide...if you don't think this is the situation then try getting a heavier hide...

The snake knows what temperature she wants. Let her move the hide wherever she wants because that's her way of putting thermoregulation with her comfort of her hide.
I doubt she's outgrowing it if she can fit in it.

Re: moving hides
A lot of snakes will redecorate their enclosures as they see fit. Baby is so picky about his landscaping that I've started just setting things down and letting him put them where he wants them, so don't get too worried about it.

Re: moving hides
yes she didn't outgrow it. The hide should fit her a while, I just leave her be with her interior decorating =)

Mine move their hides too, let 'em do it, unless she's literally hanging out of the hide it's not too small- some BPs just like to move the furniture.
