    Should I feed her?

I received my latest BP on 8/29. She was 2 months old at the time and 55grams. Since she arrived, she has eaten on 8/31, 9/5, 9/10,and 9/15.

The concern I have is that she hasn't released any fecal matter yet. Should I continue to feed her?

They're very efficient at using up most of the materials of their prey...especially when they're babies and growing fast. It can take many meals to build up enough waste to be expelled. Some BP's will go weeks and weeks between poos.

    Re: Should I feed her?

My girls pooped all the time as young snakes :/ They still do now, in fact all three of my snakes like to poo in a series.

First I clean their tubs, then I put them back then the pastel poops, then my adult normal, then my fire, with about a day between each.

    Re: Should I feed her?

My girl is almost 3 months old. Since her last poop 2 weeks ago, she's eaten 3 very good sized meals. I'm guessing she's absorbing all that she can cuz she's packing on the weight. Keep feeding her, and watch her grow. It's so neat to watch how fast they grow!

    Re: Should I feed her?

I know what you mean.... She is eating like a champ... I'm sure she would eat every 3 days if I let her ... She's starting to look like a baby fatty now... She is way fatter than her pic on my profile.. Its crazy to see what just a few feedings have done to her... I sure hope she keeps it up...

    Thanks for your reply...

    Re: Should I feed her?

I'm glad you asked this question, I was going to ask the same thing. My little guy hasn't pooped since I got him 3 weeks ago ago and he's eaten about 4 times now. I was getting a little worried lol
