Here's what NERD has to say about Mojaves: http://www.newenglandreptile.com/ner...ll-python.html

"Mojave ball pythons are highly variable - some are light, some are dark, many have brilliant gold-and-white pigmentation on a dark background, while others possess extreme blushing & greenish undertones. Regardless of coloration, Mojaves all share reduced patterns with "teardrop" or "keyhole" lateral blotches."

Really it comes down to what YOU like, though... I just purchased a Mojave from JKobylka, and picked based on what looked pretty to me.

Oh, and here's what they say about Lessers: http://www.newenglandreptile.com/ner...ll-python.html

"Lesser Platinums are velvety brown & yellow snakes with a soft overall appearance, and extensive blushing throughout the pattern."

I look for what appeals to ME. What I like in a mojave may be completely different for someone else - same thing with lessers. I like a LOT of blushing and fading and no spots in lessers - the brighter the better. I like a deep dark mojave that allows the yellow to pop - as well as nice flames. Someone else may like something else!

Ooooh, when's he/she shipping? Deborah and I are going to see Justin next Saturday - if he's still there, maybe we'll see him!

He'll be at my house by then... should be arriving this coming Thursday.

In the meantime, here's a link to his photo: http://jkobylkareptiles.com/images/a..._m-mojo_01.jpg
I really like his bright yellow, the head stripe, and the blushing on his sides - but as you said, it's all personal preference!

Nice choice, and a great breeder to work with!
