    If you still smell crap after you clean the cages I suggest to go and buy I think it's Zoo Med or some brand like that, that have a cage refreshener. Also you may not be cleaning your cages the right way,

    There's no noticeable smell in my tub after I clean it. On occasion, Makena stinks a little bit though. Could it be the snake?

    For the more experienced keepers: how do you clean your snakes when they smell a little bit (e.g. slithered through urine)?

    Febreeze isnt even good for you.... I would agree. Do not use this for your snakes..

    I clean with simple green regularly & it works great, you can even wipe you snake with it-

    or you can give you snake a small tub bath- use 15 or 32 quart tub with about 2" of warm water & a capful of regular (the brown stuff not the green) Listerine. Let him soak for 15 min and then dry off & return to his cage.
