Huh?
Well I see post all the time on reptile classifieds and stumble across quite a few 50% het this and 50% het that. Now I do know what double morphs are but when people say 50% this and that for example 50% het pied and 50% het Lav albino is it like saying well it's poss 50% het this and that but were not sure?

I just don't and it and to tell everyone the truth I don't know if my post makes sense?

Means the animal is Possible double heterozygous for pied and lav albino.
50% chance that they are hets

to expand on what patrick said:
The heterozygous form of recessive mutations looks the same as a normal ball python. There is no visual way to tell the difference between a heterozygous recessive trait BP and a normal.
That said, if you breed an animal that is heterozygous for a recessive trait, albino for example, to a normal, each egg has a 50% chance of being normal and a 50% chance of being heterozygous for albino. However all the offspring will look normal, so each animal produced has a 50% chance to be het for albino. You don't know until you breed each animal to another known to have the albino gene and produce some albinos from that breeding.

if you take albino x normal you will end up with all 100% hets cuz the albino can only pass on the albino gene. so they have 1 albino gene and 1 normal gene. if you take one of the 100% hets and breed it to a normal you end up with 50% hets cuz now those hets cuz they could of passed on the albino gene or the normal gene. so all the babiies have a 50% of getting the albino gene.
when you see the double hets its basicly the same thing but they either had 1 parent that was a 100% double recessive or 2 parents 100% hets one of each of the 2 morphs. that the snakes you saw were 50% het for.

if BOTH prove out as hets,then you should get one pied,but keep in mind,even breeding pied to het can produce all hets,so one breeding dont always prove it out,seen in a bhb vid,hes seen it take 40 eggs to get the het to het pairing to produce out.
