Mouse & ASF - will they kill each other?

The enclosure was open all around, however I have moved it so that it has much more privacy now, wall behind it and walls on the sides of it. It has a cover on the top of it as well now.

I don't even think she would fit into a 6qt tub LOL (1300g BP 4ft+/- long)
If moving her to a smaller enclosure... I wouldn't be able to fit a cool and warm hide in there.. is that important? I thought it was....

She supposedly was a hog (in the exact same enclosure) when I got her. I have everything setup identical for her. (except I adjusted humidity b/c it was too high). And hasn't eaten once since then :-(

Shes not losing a ton of weight... its just wierd to me that all of a sudden no eating although everything is the same with the exception of whose closet she is in LOL.

The snake has been refusing for about 2 months now. Temps are spot on (cool & hot side - both have a hide). Humidity was a little high at first, but is golden now (55%). She wasn't using her hides when she had paper towel substrate (over a month ago), switched to deep aspen shavings and she uses her hides and doesn't seem stressed at all. Have tried leaving her completely alone w/ the exception of giving her water and making sure the bedding was still clean. Moved her enclosure to a more private area, less light and less traffic.

She is in a 36" x 18" x 6" tall sterilite tub (not sure Qt offhand)

Just for clarification, what ARE the cool and hot side temps?

I dont know much, but since no one has mentioned it.... Isnt BP breeding season now? Maybe she is just off feed for that. Did you ask the previous owner if she went off feed during breeding season?

October/November is the start of ball python breeding season.

Just for clarification, what ARE the cool and hot side temps?

My hot side is 92 degrees and the "cool" side is 80 degrees.
She uses both warm and cool sides.
It is the exact same setup (literally same stuff) that she had with her previous owner.
She is in a closet with the doors closed, in a room that nobody uses with the exception of me when I check her water/temps or get a pair of jeans from the room. But I don't have to go into her closet for much.
She doesn't seem stressed.
She pooped & shed when I first got her, but hasn't eaten since then so hasn't pooped since then with the exception of a little poo pebble (leftovers I assume) LOL.
No mites.
Aspen bedding (was on paper towels but wasn't using hides, switched to aspen & she uses the hides now).

I am finishing up a new enclosure for her this week so I can put larger hides in for her because she REALLY has to squeeze to get into these ones. (She does still use them though).
It's the same basic dimensions as the tub she is in, just 12" tall instead of the 6" tall sterilite.

Like rabernet said, it's a little early for that, but she didn't stop last year. But last year she would definitely have been too small for bereding so I don't know if that plays a part in it or not..
