Clean the enclosure once a week or when ever it is dirty. Bath hardly ever thier water bowl is big enough if they want to bath.

    Re: Baths

My Montie takes 2 showers a day...He uses Dial with exfoliating microbeads for his skin....and Head and shoulders for his dandruff problem which I am handling right now...

Actually i rarely give him baths nor showers but if any probably once a week...

And I check his enclosure daily and do a thorough cleansing monthly...

    Re: Baths

I have washed off a snake that had been sitting in fecal matter (I check every day but sometimes one goes in its hide overnight or something). Generally, though, I just give them a large dish. They can and do soak when-ever they feel like it. Some soak a lot- some never soak.

I clean out the tank totally about monthly, and I spot clean all the time. Weekly I bleach/wash all bowls and hides, and wipe the sides of the tanks.

    Re: Baths

I don't ever give mine baths, they don't need them. If they've been in fecal matter, I just wipe them off with a damp paper towel.

    Re: Baths

Bathing is quite unnecessary. I rinse them off when they are covered in poo and that is it.

I clean the enclosure fully usually after a shed because that is when they poo and pee big time. That is usually once every month or so. I spot clean as I see messes.

    Re: Baths

As above really, I never bathe any of ours.

I check all the tubs twice a day and clean them out as necessary.
