Re: More males, or more females? (snakes)
I have 1:10 balls 2:1 corn 1:1 beauty and 1:1 black rat snakes. I am getting 1 male next week (a mojave male) so I will have 2:4 morphs (1:2 pastels 1:1 mojaves and o:1 spiders) the rest of my balls are normal girls with 0:2 being breeding size, spots is 2600g and spot is 1600g. Blush is right at 1001g now so she should be ready to breed next year. and I have 2 normal girls from this clutch this year.

Re: More males, or more females? (snakes)
As a breeder, I absolutely have more females than males..
I think my ratio male to female is around 1:3 or 4.

Re: More males, or more females? (snakes)
I have only one ball python, its a male but I would rather get a male because they are much cheaper than females even when their normal ball pythons, and also stay smaller than females, I would probably only get females for breeding purposes or if it was a reasonable offer to me.

Re: More males, or more females? (snakes)
My first snake was a normal female ball python I recieved as a birthday present over 5 years ago. Now I have 5 snakes and still she is my only female. But i really want another girl, either a spider or pastel, can't decide.
