Re: Vote NO on this poll - FL Python Ban

the second one was a little more difficult to decide. For the large constrictors i think you should have to get a permit. That will deter the wrong people from getting a snake that they dont know how to take care of or will release into the wild when it gets too large

Unfortunately, FL already has a permit system in place for burms. The people who owned the burm that killed the toddler did not have a permit and owned the snake illegally.

I agree though, now reviewing the second poll a bit more carefully, it's not so cut and dry as the first.

Re: Vote NO on this poll - FL Python Ban

the 2nd asks if it should be made harder,,so the answer is no,as there is no way to make ti harder int he state, without a complete ban on large constrictors, now if there was no permit, then making it harder would be an option
