    Cleaning time

When it's time for your monthly cleaning, do you remove your UTH(s)? I use a tank and have my UTHs secured to the bottom of the tank with foil tape. I was thinking there had to be a better way than replacing the tape every month.

Well I only have one tank and there is a UTH that I don't use on it. I just let the cords dangle around. Mine is adhered permanently to the tank so there is no getting it off.

If you can re tape it, I would just to make sure it doesn't get water damaged or something. Or if you can avoid getting it wet, that works too.
