    Talking Honoring Buddy!!

ok i started raising ball pythons about 7 or 8 years ago when a guy i know bought one and it struck at him so he just gave it to me. well i named him buddy and he has been just that ever since. when i met my wife ab out 4 years ago she fell in love with him and now we have 23 balls. for the past year he has been in the rack and she kept saying he deserves more so now he has a big tank in our house and he seems to love it.

It's amazing how folks refer to them as "just" normals when the normal ball python has been the doorway into so much more for so many of us.

He's a lovely snake and I'm sure will enjoy being a beloved pet snake for the rest of his life.

    Re: Honoring Buddy!!

thanks all. and i decided to do this when we were cleaning snake tubs the other day and my wife asked if something like hr669 passed and we had to get rid of all our snakes which one would i keep no matter what. and i thought for a min and said you know i guess it would have to be buddy because without him i would not have the love and passion i have for ball pythons. he has been a great pet/friend over the years.

We have one like that, too! He is eight years old, and he started our craze with snakes!

    Your Buddy is very cute!
