I should mention that we keep 4 BRB's within 5' of our speakers and they are perfectly content.

Several of our snakes' tanks are on top of my dressers which are in the snake room. Whenever I open and close the drawers, they startle a little if I am not very gentle. I thin it is mildly annoying to them, but not harmful, to feel such movements.

Yea, my Rosy is on my dresser. Opening droors probably feels like a little earthquake to them in our case, I doubt it's the sound unless you have really noisy dressers. She wakes up for a sec then conks back out

i would imagine the sound waves from a drum would cause heavy air pressure fluctuations in the tank. i don't imagine that would be good over time. however you can set your tank on sound dampening material and make a sound dampening slip (like egg carton) and place it over the tank when you wish to play. just a theory not a fact.

Ya that is a good idea lol. I could get some of that studio sound proof stuff (sorry forgot the name atm) for the walls and strap it on the tubs

Anyways thanx everyone for their input. It's still some time till I can start playing constantly again anyways.
