I love it when people tell me, "You should think before you speak!" I'm like, "I did. It's what I think and I really don't give a crap what other people think."

Dont get the eggs wet with direct water. add it around the outside if you add any at all. The egg in front looks rough, but some of the others look O.K.

    Re: Denting Eggs

I put a little water in there. I went ahead and changed the batteries on my flashlight and I candled the eggs. The top one isn't looking too hot. The dent is causing a shadow and while I can see veins, I can't see a lot of them due to the shadow. The other two look great! Nice strong red veins in both of them. I even saw the slightest movement in one of them. I'm going to candle when its darker so I can try and see some movement.

    Thanks for all your help.

    Re: Denting Eggs

I candled last night and I saw movement in two eggs! Both of those eggs have good strong veins and the babies are moving around. Only 22 days to go. Since both eggs are buried in the substrate about half way and the babies are visible above that line, then the babies are taking up a little over half the egg, right? Can they really fill up the rest of the egg in only 3 weeks?
