    Neosporin to treat SR?

I think my new pastel girl has scale rot. The guy i got her from said it was just a birth mark. Its just 2 of her scales that look sort of bad.

Can snakes get birth marks that would make just 2 of her belly scales look bad?

If it is scale rot can i just treat it with neosporin? I cleaned the cage with hot water and soap, cleaned her water dish and put down towles.

how do i go about treating it with neosporin? Do i apply every day?

Apply as directed pretty much, that's what I do with the bite my snake has. Make sure her substrate stays dry, and don't spray the substrate when and if you mist. Hit up the sides and hides and objects and what not.
