Thanks, I am half convinced that she has already ovulated and that these pictures are the tail end of ovulation. The night before these were taken she was HUGE, and seemed to get smaller before these were taken. I am thinking the biggest portion of her ovulation happened at night, and we saw the smaller bits on either end of it. If she doesn't shed in the proper time frame, I plan to introduce the male again.

Awesome... congrats. I have a male Black Pastel and a female Pastel who have an arranged marriage next year or so!
These two have had an arranged marriage for over a year, and I am thrilled they are getting along so well. Here is to hoping she is already knocked up. The resident 'snake whisperer' at our apartment is predicting 8 eggs, but he also predicted one would be a rainbow boa. Shows how reliable he is.

I would say from the pic, that she was building. However, since that pic was taken a few days ago, I would say that she has ovulated by now, or is right in the middle of it now. Congrats, and I hope you get your Pewter boy.

Thanks so much. The pic was taken a few days ago, and she looked considerably bigger the day before, especially around the last 1/3 of her body. I think this was the tail end of ovulation, since she has never refused the male or gone off feed before, but only time will tell!
