scarlet king??? maybe?

I went hiking and came across this beautiful snake, if it wasnt for my dog, i could have taken way better pics. Anyway, i believe it to be a scarlet king, what do you all think??? I added a few north florida woods shots

According to the university of florida, its a spinyback orbweaver, pretty cool looking spider.

Looks like a scarlet king to me. The way you can tell is with a scarlet king the bands go all the way around the stomach but with a scarlet snake the rings stop at the ventral scales.

...and yep. Thats a spiny orbweaver. I went to school in St Pete FL and they were all over campus.
