Agouti is the wild color. They are a dark brown/black color, and the hair strangs are banded yellow near the tip. I've got pics on my website of the ASF colors.

Head spot is the heterozygous form of the white spotting gene and is co-dominant.

NN: Normal (solid or self)

Does someone have some pictures of the head spots, what they look like? Or is there someone with some genetics info with photos on a site somewhere?

Okay, found Connie's colors info. When you said head spots, I was thinking the eyebrow marks. So, there's no way to get selfs from pieds?

How does the amber gene work? I have a male and 2 of his daughters that are ambers. If bred together will they produce all ambers?

Yup, the Amber color is a simple recessive. Amber on agouti gives an animal with a rich orange yellow color, and Amber on the cinnamon dilutes gives a paler orange, Amber color with a blueish undercoat.
