    Pueblan question ...

I have been considering getting a Pueblan Milksnake one of these days. What is their general temperment? My GF has a corn snake and it has always been so spastic and crazy when handled. Can I expect the same from the milksnake?

    Thanks!

    Re: Pueblan question ...

With kingsnakes and milksnakes I have experianced a much more spastic animal than with cornsnakes. I suggest getting a baby so it can be well handled throughout it's life to avoid the spastic nature they often have.

    Re: Pueblan question ...

I've found that, as a rule pertaining to baby milks and kings, they are much more prone to wiggling and squirting stinky stuff than the adults.

Expect it with any baby you get but it will outgrow it, 99% of the time, and you'll have a fine snake.
I may not be very smart, but what if I am?

wonderful!! With regular handling will it mellow out as it gets older or will it always be a little squirrely ?
