    My first ASF prego is due any day... PIC

    This is not a very good pic, but maybe you see how big she is. She just waddles around.

    It's been six hours since I first noticed the babies and she only has three. Surely she isn't done. I thought ASFs were known for their large litters. Maybe she's pacing herself.

    if its her first litter thats not an uncommon thing
    the 2 females of mine gave birth for the first time one had 4 and the other had 5 and they were huge she had a golfball size belly

    Now I'm down to two babies. One of the adults, not sure which one, killed one of the babies for no apparent reason.

    Mine are in tanks, I taped paper to the outside, to give a feel of more privacy. I don't know if this will make a diffence, may be worth a try.

    i might try the paper thing because i was down to 2 from the 2nd preggo and then 1 died for reasons i dont know and then the mom just stopped caring for the other one and it died
