if u have doubts as to whether it is a black pastel, I'd say pick up a female and breed em. If he's not, you get black pastels and dark normals. if he is...1/4 super black pastels.

I talked to my mom about maybe getting a female and breeding them later on. She said nothing in this house be it skinned, furry or scaled is allowed to reproduced until it can draw a pay check and pay its own bills.
