    My Tarantulas (DUW)

I don't own a large collection of Tarantulas, but I do own a few. I'd also like to add a few species.

Anyway, thought I'd share a few pictures with everyone of my current collection!

    Immature female P.irminia (Venezuelan Suntiger).

    P. irminia's (Venezuelan Suntiger) fuzzy little butt.

Immature male L. violaceopes (Singapore Blue).

    L. violaceopes (Singapore Blue) letting me know how much he really loves me during a ventral sexing.

Unsexed C.fimbriatus (Indian Violet) sling. These guys really make the most elaborate webbing I've ever seen.

Immature female T.gigas (Orange Treespider). She's molted since this photo, but she doesn't like to have her picture taken.

    Female A.purpurea (Ecuadorian Purple) sling.

    Unsexed G.pulchra (Brazilian Black) sling.

    Unsexed B.boehmei (Mexican Fireleg) sling.

    Unsexed A.versicolor (Antilles Pinktoe) sling.

Immature male C. cyaneopubescens (Greenbottle Blue).

You have a nice variety for not having many spiders... lots of the colorful ones, I see! I have a few of those myself.

Beautiful species. Those GBB's pack a hell of a bite, and I mean OUCH. Only one other one has gotten me that was worse and I can't think of it off hand. Suntigers are a bit fiesty also.

Very nice michelle!!! You have a few OW species which are always fun. I don't keep any OW species in my collection and more then likely never will I will always admire them from afar though

I've only kept Tarantulas for a few years, but haven't managed to get tagged by one yet. The T.gigas is by far the most aggressive and one of the fastest Tarantulas I've ever seen. Thanks for the comment!

I just keep my fingers away from them and all is fine. I really like Arboreal Tarantulas in general (OW and NW). I hope to add a few more of the Old World in the future though. Thanks for the comment!

Thank you! They can be a pain to photograph, sometimes...most of the time.

I don't know if I've posted any of mine on this forum. Maybe I will... I have 4 of the species you have pics of, plus some others.
