    noob question...just curious

    ive heard that when a snake bites it can leave teeth in your hand or where ever it gets ya... i was just wondering if their teeth grow back? I know a really silly question, but hey im interested

    yeah, they're like gators and sharks that way, teeth are disposable
    they are called "polyphydont" which means they can grow back.

    They actually lose some teeth while feeding. I'm not sure if this happens all the time, but if you really want to you can go through the poop.

    They should be able to digest the teeth right? Just like they can digest the bones of the mammals they eat?

    That's what I figured too. I think I've heard of instances though... could be wrong.

    My BPs turn rat hair, teeth and eyeballs into a brown log...bones too. I think they can handle ingesting a few of their own teeth.
