I was just at Wal-mart yesterday and they sell the Peticure (now called Pedi-Paw) and the Ped Egg there now!

I guess you get to "graduate" from the infomercials to Wal-mart...

Still on my wish list: pixo, smooth away, aquaglobe, bendaroos, sham-wow, that floor mop that uses steam, ped egg, etc. etc. etc... if my husband ever gives me back my credit card.

About a hundered years ago I tried that Smooth-Away thing. (It's NOT something new, even if they try to make it seem like it is) I was young and naive at the time. ........ ......... Bad, bad, bad...evil! product! Yes...it takes the hair off...and yes, it's painless at the time you're using it. But give it about 20 minutes or so after you're done...and you'll start to wonder about this burning sensation you're feeling...and then you'll notice the horrific burn you've intentionally inflicted across every shaved area of your body. (Heaven forbid you actually tried the bikini area! )

It's just sand-paper. And they may mention that it's a "very fine grade" sand-paper....but it's STILL sand-paper. So...just imagine what rubbing sand-paper in tight little circles aaaalll over your legs, under arms, upper lip...and wherever.....just imagine what that does to your skin. It's not a pretty picture.

I can laugh about it now (a good 17 years later!)...but at the time it was NOT funny!

Poor me! My girlfriend loves infomercials. Now don't misunderstand, she's intelligent, but finds them so craptastic that she will watch them for hours then give me a blow by blow regurge on what makes them so craptastic!! AURGHH!!

I love infomercials. I got satellite so all the late time shows have infomercials

I have NEVER bought anything off the tv... I hardly ever even buy online.. 'Cept snakes ...But for a while about 2 years ago I was really, REALLY addicted to that magic bullet infomercial. I watched it every damn night. No clue why.

A little off topic, but still about parmesan...

My sister microwaved some parmesan cheese the other day... you know what that smells like? It smells like the glorious, fabulous, all-recognizable smell of human vomit.
