Light fixture; Vision cage
Hi all,
I am looking for a fluorescent light fixture that I can mount inside a Vision cage; something that will hold an 18" Reptisun 10.0. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was at Home Depot today, and everything they had was "thin profile" for under cabinet lighting, which would not accept a standard bulb.
Also, this Vision cage has thin walls, IMO. Do most people screw light fixtures in, or use something like liquid nails?
Thanks for any help!

Re: Light fixture; Vision cage
did that help you at all??? cause im running 4 24" t8 2.0 reptisun bulbs with fixtures.
you really dont even need reptisun cause they dont get that vitamine d3 (i think thats what it is) i would say anything over 2.0 is to much. 5.0 waste of money and 10.0 just throw it in the trash or get a herp that requires a 10.0. no being mean just being realistic
Only reason i have 2.0 is for looks normal bulbs have a yellowish look and i like the blubish look thats the only reason i have the 2.0 plus i got them reallly really reallly really cheap on amazon.com

It did, thanks. I have also been told that on the Visions, you can attach a regular strip light hood to the rear vent. I haven't tried any of this yet, as I have been traveling out of town. This weekend I'll give it a shot.
Also, the 10.0 bulb was with a bearded dragon in mind. I would use a 2.0 for my BP.
