    Nuances (dialup WARNING!)

    Main Entry: nu·ance
Pronunciation: 'nü-"än(t)s, 'nyü-, -"äns; nü-', nyü-'
    Function: noun
Etymology: French, from Middle French, shade of color, from nuer to make shades of color, from nue cloud, from Latin nubes; perhaps akin to Welsh nudd mist
    1 : a subtle distinction or variation

Ivory ball pythons aren't white their entire lives. They actually color up after a couple of months, and some have awesome lavender, gray & bluish pigmentation in addition to the yellow dorsal stripe, although these colors do fade over time. They maintain their midnight-blue eyes w/red pupils into adulthood. Personally I wish they'd retain their juvenile coloration...but it's hard to knock this morph regardless of subtle pigmentation!

    Enjoy!
