    Our Latest Addition

    We received this girl back in June, but our lack of a decent camera (we seem to be buying bp's instead of a camera) meant we were unable to post any pics. The girlfriend's sister-in-law came over for a family function and I convinced her to enter the "realm of the herps". She got some great shots, and this one is of our latest addition, a female Lemonblast.

    We've named her "Meringue". She was VERY aggressive when we acquired her (hence the glove), but I've been working with her regularly and have had no bites/attempts in a couple of weeks.

    She ROCKS!

    Cute snake & name...

    I find that most settle down once they figure you're that food person. I do have one gal who seems to love snapping at any new guys even though she great for me.

    I have an Ornate monitor that everyone is scared of yet is totally sweet with me, just 'cause I'll get in there with him (and of course I'm "that food person" ).
