    I was very tempted to go back and get him, but I'm going to wait till we have our own place.

    Joe, if you get some halfmoons and breed them, sign me up for a baby or two! I love halfmoons. They are what really got me into bettas and remain my dream betta. I drool over the bettas on aquabid every so often

    Do i know you? Well its going to be hard to choose a pair when she does have them.She breeds the blue/opaque,reds,pastel and turquoise ones.The breeder pics are swwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetttttttttttttttt looking .

    The two "females" look like they might be immature males. We bought a very beautiful "female" awhile back that gradually grew its fins out longer and longer and turned out to be a male. We eventually bred it to an actual female, so we are quite sure it was male

    I say this because the females are usually much blander colored than those pictured.

    Oh and now I can see the black betta - very nice!!

    Nope, those were definitely females. I had them for several months and they displayed breeding stripes on numerous occasions. That blue female was just that colorful and she had huge fins. But definitely female. I really wanted to breed her.

    I can't wait to get a betta again. You guys really have me doing some reading on them again.
