Yep... I just ordered 5 strips of 4" flexwatt from Reptile Basics, and they arrived in less than a week. They even attach the clips and cords for you, at no additional charge (for the labor).

I'm not happy with them either. Ordered a Herpstat, flexwatt and clips from them on the evening of Monday March 1st. Thought I would have them possibly by Friday but no later than the first of the next week. Got an email the following Monday that they were shipping my order and it is scheduled to be delivered on Friday the 12th. A week just to pull the order and ship it? I'll order from somewhere else next time.

Fill water bottles with hot water.

When we travel to shows and I forget heat packs, I would use Pepsi bottles and fill them with boiling water, wrap the bottles with towels and put them in the boxes. I would keep the snakes in a separate tub in the box so they won't get to close to the hot bottles. This would last all day, while we were driving and then at night I would re fill the bottles with the hot water from the coffee pot in the motel room, and do it again in the morning. Worked fine for the 2 days we traveled.
