    He's hhhheeerrreeee

WOOT! i finally got my baby corn! Decided to look on BHB website and saw THE cutest corn ever- a black Motley- so we ordered it (dunno the sex....) ( and at the same time looked at the other morphs he had available from which we found 11 others we want.... hmmm)

well after a long day of waiting we finally got the box:

and the inside was the itty bitty corn :

gahhh i cant wait to handle him!! (hes just so adorable with a little gray head

on and FYI for ppl in apartments...if your buzzer doesnt work and they(Fed Ex Express in this case) say that the package is gonna be there say... 10:30 ish.... go out there about an hour before hand -- I managed to miss the delivery guy, AND he didn't bring the box into the main rental office (where most packages go usually...) so then i went to the fedex warehouse where they sent a message to the delivery guy to come back to our apartment. Well, the guy never came back and i spent 4 hours outside waiting for him...in the sun....and now my face is bright red. but at least my baby is alive and ok

(also would help to live sumwhere where the buzzer or dorrbell works well)

    thanks for looking!

I just usually go pick the package up at 8am when the Fedex place opens, I call the previous night and have them hold the package. Works out great. Congrats on the pretty little corn though.

Beautiful corn! I can see why you picked him (or her) As they get older you can sometimes tell the sex by the corn's tail. That's how I sexed my female corn and she was later probed female.

I can't wait to see what this little one will look like all grown up. Keep us updated!

thank you all and yes he is so incredibly tinyyy!!! I fed him yesterday and the pinkey looked almost too big for him...but he ate it right up, no problem and then slid right back into a hide. Im gonna give him a little bit more time to settle in before I try to take any more pics.

I wouldn't dare at my work! They all know me as "the snake lady" and not all of them are fans of snakes. I'd probably be kicked to the curb if I did that.

I do ask those shipping FedEx to ship to my local hub to hold for pick-up. They get there in the wee hours of the morning, and it's just 2 miles from my house. The hub stays open until 9 pm so I can pick them up at my leisure the next day, and I know they aren't out riding around in a hot (or cold in the winter) truck.
