I have a question .... can a retic and a ball be cross bred to get a larger ball python?
1 baby normal ball python (male- Rios)
1 baby spider ball python (female - Missy)
1 albino checkered garter (male - Little Dude)
1 checkered garter (male - Hudinie)
1 albion checkered garter (female - Rescue)

Re: morphs????
I'm not sure retic x ball has been done, but some other hybrids have been. I believe there have been burm x ball, woma x ball, and blood x ball.

Re: morphs????
and what would you get with those kind of hybrids?
burm x ball =?
woma x ball = ?
blood x ball = ?
and burms are huge so why would not a person be able to cross retics and balls?

Re: morphs????
well.. i believe borneo short tail crossed with a ball comes close enough to "blood x ball", it's called the "superball".
burm x ball has been done, and is just called the burm ball I believe.
the woma x ball has been done, and is called a "wall".
To answer your question relating a burm ball to a retic ball, well I don't know anyone who has attempted it before(though it wouldn't surprise me if at least one person has tried), certainly no one has come forward saying that they have been successful.

Re: morphs????
Why breed a retic to a ball when you can breed it to a burm and get this:

Love how they look but can't really deal with a large aggressive snake atm

NOt trying to blow you off to another site. There arent alot of hybrid friendly ppl on this forum and I am sick and tired of the bickering on the topic so I figured I would give you a few resources which I did in the PM I sent you.
