Im so hungry! What are you eating for dinner?
I've been on a healthier lifestyle for about 8 months now, and have really been slacking. I only lost about 50-55 pounds in that time frame, but I'm buckling down a bit better now! I do not eat meat( vegetarian) , and try to eat a ton of veggies, whole grains, beans, etc to become more healthy in my eating habits. So tonight for dinner I'm making
Barbecue baked tofu, roasted garlic brussel sprouts, and mashed red potatoes with kale.
What about you?
(ps sorry if there is already a thread like this, I searched and the only one I came up with is the weight loss one, and I think this is a bit different, if not I'm sorry!!)

Rolled rump roast, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, home baked bread, green beans, and brownies and vanilla ice cream for desert. Nothing healthy today.

Well...I'm not a recipe person I just sorta throw stuff together so I don't have measured amounts for you but I can give you an idea of what I do.
I marinade some chicken breast in some salt, pepper, touch of cayenne pepper or paprika. Then I add to the ziploc bag one lemon (juice squeezed out then chuck it in the bag), one or two limes (juice squeezed ect.), half of an orange and 2 finely chopped jalapenos no seeds. I let that marinade overnight if possible and if not for at least a couple of hours. Grill the chicken and then add it to your quesadilla. I usually just use cheese and make some home made salsa on the side, little sour cream and mmm mmm good.
The same marinade works pretty well on flank steak.
