    Nice little one. I always though annies had the funniest looking faces. I think its the placement of the eyes so far forward on the head. But who am I o judge nature.

    The reasons is because the eyes are a bit more forward and higher then other snakes, the reason being is so that when they submerge their entire body, they can just have their nose & eyes sticking above water to see prey.
