Got my first snake bite by being a dummy

Normal feeding day is Saturday, but I was out of frozen mice, we didn't make it to the pet store until today. Got home with 4 live feeders (pet store was out of frozen too) I fed the 3 cornsnakes, then was getting ready to feed Boo. I usually take one hide and his water bowl out to feed him so he has more room when I have to feed live. I guess I smelled of rodent because when I went in for the water bowl, smack, right on the wrist! Don't let the blood fool ya I bleed like a river at the slightest scratch. Looks like he only got one side of his mouth on me




He spit me out pretty quick, LOL I guess I am not real tastey

well welcome to the club lol i got bite too (but no blood), the recent rescue leus texas rat snake i aquired was getting handled/inspected for mites and he was getting mad and decide tp maake a point by biting the finger he got a mouth full of reptile relief since i was rubbing onto the mites (getting it between the scales more ) . I got to check if bean farm got PAM when i order flexwatt this weekend.

Haha I got tagged for the first time the other day too. I was holding my little PH Lavender and using my other hand to move stuff around and he tagged my finger. He's been acting strange lately though so I dont know.

I am really shocked that he bit me. He's never struck at anyone ever. I guess he was just in feed mode
