    Pastel's new skin!

    This is Shan Longshanks, my 08 pastel after he just finished a perfect shed this morning. Thought I'd take him out for some pics. Hope you enjoy.



















    He's getting huge! Here's a pic of him not too long after I brought him home. I love seeing my snakes grow!

    Its a fold of skin because the left and right sides of the lower jaw are independent and can move as such. It is normal and natural.

    it isnt exactly on his chin but on the underside where his neck starts.
