The few I saw last weekend (at the SF expo) were around $300-400... I really wanted one, but there weren't any males for sale.

Re: What's the price of a baby mojave ball python at a reptile expo?

I am wondering about this too. At the moment I have 4 snakes, a 1300g female, a 1150g female (first one is good to go this season, second one will be if she ever starts eating for me), a 350-400g male pastel that should be good to go this season and a little baby female pastel.

I'd really like to get a female spider as my next snake, to make some bumblebees. My birthday is coming up and there are two expos coming up near me (I live in Florida). How much would say a 1000g or so female spider cost at an expo? Doesn't have to be really high white or anything.

I'd be curious to know what price ranges are for snakes at an expo, and if it's worth going even if I'm broke. I live in Florida, too. (Central) I'll have to check and see what expos are coming, because usually I'll hear about it after-the-fact!

I enjoyed going to the Expo last weekend, and the prices were decent - but not much lower (if at all) than you can find online. I also expected more snakes to choose from, but apparently it was just too early in the breeding season. I'm really happy with the Pastel I got, though!

    yeah Mojaves will run $300-$350

That spider female will be up there. My guess is $800 + The reason being that any female of that size able or close to being able to breed will be more expensive. Normal females of breeding size go for a few hundred.

I like expos because you get to see the snakes in person, and you save on shipping costs. Buying online adds an automatic $50 to any purchase.
