e-mails for sure would get there on time... It's better to do something and have it be too late than to not try at all...

I think the deadline for the letters was yesterday morning, not sure if Tom Wolfe will be accepting any tomorrow? Possibly for early AM delivery? You might want to give Andrew Wyatt at USARK.org a quick phone call to see. He's working with Tom and put the whole huge effort into getting all those letters to Washington together for the community.

But, it's definitely not too late for phone calls!! ... Call now, call later, call tomorrow morning! It's easy and it's having a huge impact.

The deadline to send letters to Tom Wolfe to get them to the subcommittee members before the hearing tomorrow is past. However, there is still lots you can do.

Email and make phone calls today!

From what I have heard from more than 1 source, although we are all hoping to kill this thing tomorrow, it is still likely that it will get passed out of the subcommittee to the full committee. So then we will need an even bigger effort to target all of the committee members. There are only 23 on the subcommittee, but there are 49 on the full committee.

So be prepared for an even bigger effort in an even bigger battle! If this does go to the full committee, we will need tons of letters, emails, phone calls, and a huge effort to get the word out to everyone that could possibly care.

There is a certain advantage to having people get fired up now. Although they may have mostly missed the first round, they'll be fresh and ready to pick up the fight when some of those who fought the first round are getting tired.
