    Re: HELP please!

Benedryl is for allergies, sooo, no.

Take him to a vet. We cannot diagnose or treat your animal over the internet except simple first-aid. This does not sound like first aid.

I would recommend you review the latest care sheets for leo's to make sure your husbandry can be improved upon, and seek veterinary help. Many vets are willing to do payment plans if you are strapped for cash.

And not having money isn't a reason to go. I am a firm believer that people do not need to have animals if they can't pay for medical treatment. Dogs, cats, ferrets, lizards, snakes, they all get sick, they will all need to go to the vet at some point.

I agree. See if you can't get her to a vet.

If it is that the toes have atrophied and fallen off but the remainder of the digit, if any, is healthy, then a vet visit won't help.

Once they're gone, they're gone. Put a humid hide in the cage and mist it once in a while so your lizard can avoid loosing more toes.

IF there is still skin on toes put it in a ventilated plastic container with very moist papertowel or moss so it can get the rest of the skin off.
